Arsenale is a passionate shoegaze band born into 2010. Despite the harvesting of interesting results in the local indie scene they went on hiatus in 2013 only to come back with a vengeance some years later. Fronted by Matteo Palmieri (already known for his work in Shesgot), since 2019 they started working on “Ore Di Buio” (“hours of darkness”), their debut album which is now ready to see the ‘light’. Nine chapters of cinematic italian language lyrics laid upon layers of moody post-punk shoegaze. “Ore Di Buio” will be officially released in digital form on next April 25th, coinciding with the anniversary of Italy’s Liberation Day. Arsenale’s path starts now.
